This resort hotel was constructed by Victor Denizot in 1884 on the site of the former Columbia House. It was an irregular H-shaped structure, 4 stories high with a flat roof and a 1 story porch across the front facade. It was altered/remodeled in 1919-1920, and demolished in 1971.
