Iowa
Professor of Architecture and Engineering at the Iowa State College, and, from 1915 until he died, Dean of the Department. Born in Yuba City, California, he was educated at the University of California, and after two years of study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduated with a Master of Science degree in 1912.
In 1914 he accepted the post of Associate Professor at Iowa State College, while a member of the faculty was appointed Supervising Architect of the College. In the following years he was connected with the planning and supervising the erection of sixteen Fraternity and Sorority buildings, and the alteration and enlargement of several existing buildings.
