Architect James K. Wilson



James Knox Wilson (1828-10/13/1894) Cincinnati, Ohio (A.I.A.)

Member of a family of pioneer settlers in Cincinnati, carried on architectural work in the city over a period of twenty years, designing a number of business blocks and other structures. Elected an early member of the A.I.A., he helped organize the Cincinnati Chapter in 1870, and served as its first president. Retiring because of ill health in 1890, Mr. Wilson moved to Denver, Colorado, and four years later passed away in that city.
